My recent work in watercolor, graphite, and ink addessing my physical disability:

    "Art, art making, and creativity is an essential part of my identity. I abruptly lost my sense of self ten years ago when I suffered a severely debilitating rare disease that affects the use of my hands and arms. This artwork explores my experiences navigating disability and ongoing recovery. These pieces in watercolor depict concepts of medical trauma through highly personal self-portraits confronting my grief, loss, and isolation."
